Opportunity Description
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for day-to-day leadership and management of multiple Directors of Service Delivery
+ Oversee multiple Directors and other staff to carry out key objectives.
+ Lead relationship management of key client counterparts including continued communication of revenue cycle performance·
+ Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc presentations to client executives highlighting pertinent updates relating to client needs.
+ Lead R1 strategy development as functional and technical expert sharing best practices, optimizing performance, and leading the transformation·Execute and improve R1’s operating model.
+ Act as a change agent to help establish common goals and create alliances across hospital organization to optimize success·
+ Partner with internal R1 customer operations team to align operational objectives.
