ABOUT THE ROLE

This Vice President opportunity sits within the Corporate Securitization group of a well-established global financial institution, focused on the structuring, execution, and analytics of securitization transactions primarily Middle Market CLOs, along with ABS and ABL structures tied to private credit portfolios. The team partners with private credit managers to help finance direct lending portfolios by structuring securitizations and syndicating tranches to institutional investors. This is not a pure origination role the core of the work is deal execution, financial modeling, and transaction structuring, with relationship support as a secondary component.
