VP, Translational Medicine

A well-funded, clinical stage biotechnology company at the forefront of targeted protein degradation is seeking a Vice President of Translational Medicine & Clinical Biomarkers to lead enterprise-wide translational strategy across a growing oncology and immunology pipeline. Reporting directly to the CSO, you will:

• Own translational medicine and clinical biomarker strategy from discovery through late-stage development
• Drive biomarker-driven clinical decision making, patient selection, and precision medicine approaches
• Lead and scale a high-performing translational sciences organization
• Partner closely with Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Data Science, and executive leadership
