VP Unsecured Loans Product and Pricing Team Lead

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for the unsecured loans portfolio, from ideation to postlaunch optimization, aligned with business goals and market trends. Define and deliver strong Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) through market research, competitive analysis, and clear product positioning across target segments. Own pricing and profitability strategy, including dynamic and riskbased pricing, to drive revenue growth while managing portfolio risk. Optimize fee structures and revenue collection, including fee approvals and collaboration with collections to manage delinquencies and defaults. Drive digitization and innovation across the unsecured loans value chain, including digital onboarding, AI/ML risk tools, and operational automation.
