Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
Drives implementation of strategic and operational priorities with significant impact on the short-term success of (technical) claims management for the Workers Compensation line of business to achieve superior total claim outcome and moderate impact on the long-term success of the organization.Provides strategic leadership and direction for the management of Workers Compensation claim organization, cultivating a culture of excellence.
