Responsibilities
- Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure to drive significant revenue opportunities
- Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as digital transformation solutions take shape
- Collaborate with service line leaders to embed experience design across all solution towers
- Facilitate client workshops to highlight the importance of world-class experiences in every solution
- Protect WongDoody's scope within broader delivery frameworks and advocate through to final contracting
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals in agency or consulting environments
- Experience working across service lines in hybrid or matrixed organizations
- Fluency in experience design principles and customer journey thinking
- Sharp negotiation and presentation skills
