Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Talent, this is a high impact hands-on role where you will be partnering business leaders in identifying talent needs and acquiring top talent for the firm. You will run mandates via direct hiring or partnering with search partners ensuring efficiency of the recruitment process to meet key metrics related to time-to-hire, risk management, candidate and stakeholder experience.
