Vx-Zone Director, North-Beijing

**JOB PURPOSE:**

1. Lead Regional Management Committee to establish and implement regional business development strategies, initiate the marketing activities and achieve the regional goals of target, product promotion and market access.
领导区域管理委员会制定区域整体业务推广策略，管理团队执行产品推广工作，达成区域工作目标。
2. Lead business promotion team to initiate the promotion activity in professional way and comply with the proper codes of conduct.
管理业务推广团队执行专业推广，遵守正确的行为规范。
3. Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments, develop staff positively and keep team stable.
与公司其他部门有效沟通和协作；区域内部积极发展人员和稳定团队管理。
