About the Role
The Duty Nurse Manager team is responsible for the
after-hours coordination of the Wairau Hospital site at an operational level
with delegated authority of the Service Manager. The role works in close
collaboration with Duty Nurse Manager colleagues across the district at the
Nelson Hospital site to maintain patient, staff and site safety.
The role has an emphasis on leadership of staff,
patient safety and management of resources requiring you to be flexible and
adaptable to meet changing service needs.<...
