A waiter (or server) is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a restaurant or similar establishment. Their primary duties include:

• Greeting and Seating Customers: Welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, and offering menus.
• Taking Orders: Accurately taking food and drink orders from customers and ensuring special requests or dietary needs are noted.
• Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring correct orders.
• Providing Menu Information: Offering recommendations, explaining menu items, and answering questions about food and beverages.
• Managing Customer Needs: Checking on customers periodically to ensure satisfaction and addressing any issues or complaints.
