- Greet customers and present menus.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Check on customers' satisfaction and offer additional services as needed.
- Clear dirty dishes and keep the dining area tidy.
- Handle payment transactions, including processing credit card payments and providing change.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of tables and restaurant areas.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is often preferred but not always required.
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays or heavy items.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
