Waiter

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering outstanding dining experiences to guests by providing excellent customer service. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and answer questions.
• Make food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing their needs and concerns.

Order Management

• Accurately take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure order accuracy and follow up with guests after serving.

Table Maintenance

• Set up and prepare tables before guests arrive.
