Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smiling face and enquire about their health.
- Offer menu according to the diet.
- Serve water or beverage as per the requirement.
- Provide information about menu items and take order.
- Confirm order to avoid errors.
- Ensure order is prepared according to menu quality and quantity prior to serving.
- Remove left over once the guest has finished his/her meal.
- Carry dish and flatware to the kitchen.
- Clear the cheque with cashier and update to supervisor.
- Enquire about customers' additional family members/friends and ensure satisfaction of each customer.
- Upsell products to increase sales.
- Responsible for delivering 3 meals and 2 snacks to inpatient guests.
- Fill up mini store on a daily basis.
- Provide complimentary items like fruits, flowers, newspaper and other items as per the eligibility of the guests.
