Opportunity Description
The Waiter Team Leader is responsible for leading the front-of-house service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with the brand's standards. This role requires hands‑on service training and supervision of waitstaff and ensuring smooth floor operations during service hours.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily shift briefings assigning sections and responsibilities to waitstaff.
- Ensure all FOH staff deliver professional friendly and attentive service at all times.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in onboarding training and ongoing coaching of new and existing waiters.
- Supervise table setups, cleanliness and adherence to service protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
