The Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree is nestled within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Singapore’s nature and wildlife destination that is home to renowned zoological parks – Bird Paradise, Night Safari, River Wonders, Singapore Zoo, and Rainforest Wild ASIA.

We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join us as Waiters / Waitresses for our Dining outlets in our Resort. You will serve as our Brand Ambassador and ensure that our guests enjoy the unparalleled levels of service that are associated with our brand.

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service always.
• Ensure timely and good communication with Management on operation matters.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items and upsell the menu to guests.
