Waiter/ess (In Room Dining)

The In Room Dining Waiter/ess is responsible for providing the most efficient service and ensuring the highest standard is provided at all the times.

• Sets up trolleys, serve guests in accordance with the established standards and
• guest requests. Ensure guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, appropriately signed or paid, and returned to the cashier
• To clean and polish all chinaware and silverware, to refill containers, and replenish supply of linen flatware, glassware and chinaware in any F&B outlet when required
• Understand the importance of up-selling all hotels products/service at every opportunity
• Have a thorough understanding of the POS system
• To ensure a friendly, courteous, efficient and polite service is provided at all times.
