The purpose of this position is to ensure the proper running of the restaurant by assisting the waiters and waitresses in serving the customers. The commis should be smart, enthusiastic and polite all the time.
Essential Functions
- Create an exceptional experience with all customers during the service.
- To ensure guest satisfaction during the service, favoring and promoting the creation of experiences as a day-to-day driving force.
- Encourage a good working environment within the F&B Department, fostering teamwork and always supporting and collaborating with other colleagues.
