+ **Schedule** : Full time schedules; open availability is needed, and days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
+ **Requirement** : 2–4+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments required.
+ Strong foundation in classic service techniques and etiquette
+ Knowledge of French food and wine (or a willingness to learn at a high level)
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to remain composed and precise in a fast-paced setting
+ A genuine passion for hospitality, food, wine, and guest experience
