Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.Provide information about products/services and persuade potential customers to make a purchase.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
