We're currently looking for highly motivated, self-sufficient individuals that are extremely productive and driven to produce the highest quality results in a fast-paced, demanding atmosphere for our retail division. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a variety of construction projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. Team members are required to have tools and to maintain a valid driver's license. Travel is required for this position. The location will change depending on the project.Key Responsibilities:Measure walls accurately to determine the amount of wallpaper neededPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing walls to ensure proper adhesionApply wallpaper using appropriate techniques, including cutting, aligning, and smoothing to eliminate bubbles and wrinklesUse tools such as knives, brushes, and seam rollers to achieve a seamless finishCollaborate with clients and team members to understand design specifications and pre...
