Ward Lead Nurse — Holistic Care & Quality Improvement

ST ANDREW'S MISSION HOSPITAL in Singapore is seeking a nurse in charge of the ward. You will lead the nursing team, monitor residents' clinical needs, and provide quality nursing care while meeting Enhanced Nursing Home Standards.

In addition, you will engage with the healthcare team and next of kin, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and mentor junior nurses. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and a positive attitude.
