About the Role
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the LINKVIVA warehouse ensuring efficient inventory control, documentation and coordination across logistics procurement and project teams.
This role plays a critical part in supporting LINKVIVA’s event and production projects by ensuring that materials, equipment and consumables are tracked, processed and dispatched accurately and on time.
What You’ll Do Warehouse & Inventory Management- Receive record and verify incoming goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and update stock movements in Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Ensure items are properly labeled, stored and organized for easy retrieval.
- Support periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
