Responsibilities:
Inbound Inventory
- Receive and verify incoming stock against documents
- Perform quantity and condition checks
- System receiving and putaway
- Labeling and bin location assignment
Inventory Control
- Cycle counting and stock reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
- Monitor expiry dates (e.g., baby products, FMCG)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and system updates
Stock Movement
- Replenishment to picking zones
- Internal stock transfers between locations
- Bin consolidation and space optimization
Outbound Support
- Assist in stock verification for high-value orders
- Investigate excess / shortage cases
- Support return-to-stock (RTS) process
- Order trouble-shootings
