Warehouse Assistant (Food Manufacturing firm in Woodlands Loop)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform the assigned logistics works e.g, cargo reception, inspection, manual lifting, pick & pack, space allocation, taping, labelling, sorting, etc by SOP / instruction given.
Incoming: to check the accuracy and condition of physical goods against invoices and to report all irregularities found upon delivery at warehouse.
Outgoing: to prepare customers' orders for shipment, placed packaged items in the designated area.
Seek necessary information in our warehouse system when needed.
Assist in stock-take to ensure ensure accuracies and zero discrepancies.
Monitoring stock status, i.e. carton boxes, packing tools & materials.
To carry out housekeeping of warehouse and to keep work areas tidy at all times.
To comply with safety regulations for warehouse operations.
To coordinate with other colleagues and departments for smooth operations.
Not much OT but willing to work ...
