About the Role
- Lead, train, and mentor new and existing employees across multiple Logistics Center functions, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and slotting of Logistics Work Orders
- Direct daily work activities and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and operational coverage
- Serve as a liaison between the Manager and hourly employees, providing administrative and technical support
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), TD SYNNEX programs, and required equipment to troubleshoot order and product flow issues and identify root causes
- Support and promote continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma practices, SOP updates, and solution development and implementation
