**Job Description**
The 2nd Shift Warehouse Inventory Specialist maintains accurate inventory records and ensures that materials, ingredients, and finished goods are properly accounted for during overnight operations. This role supports a smooth production flow, helps minimize downtime, and upholds food safety and quality standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform nightly cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and document variances in the inventory management system.
+ Monitor the movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods between production, warehouse, and staging areas.
+ Record all inventory transactions accurately in ERP or warehouse management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
