Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive (Spare Parts) to manage the storage, inventory, and distribution of technical spare parts supporting plant operations. This role ensures materials are well-organized, accurately tracked, and readily available to support smooth and uninterrupted equipment operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse & Inventory Management
Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of technical spare parts and materials
Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock audits
Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and identification of all materials
Coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels
2. Material Handling & Storage
Load, unload, and organize incoming goods into designated locations
Ensure proper preservation and storage conditions to maintain material quality
