Warehouse Lead (Hiring Immediately)

Primary Purpose

The WMS Super User / Warehouse Lead will support the implementation, transition, and daily use of the companys new Warehouse Management System while also performing key warehouse operational duties. This position serves as a bridge between warehouse operations and system execution, ensuring that receiving, picking, staging, loading, inventory movement, and related warehouse processes are accurately performed in the WMS.

This role requires strong computer skills, prior WMS experience, bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, forklift operation experience, and the ability to train, guide, and support warehouse team members during the system transition and ongoing daily use.
