The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for:
Responsible for managing the following disciplines in the warehouse department, Receiving department Reach truck operator, responsible for Replenishment all areas of the warehouse, ambient as well the fridge area Picking departments Stock take management Overall warehouse housekeeping Build and drive a high performing team to contribute to the overall performance Design and implement succession plans Staff performance evaluation Employee development plans Manage conflict and discipline required Motivate and inspire team Keep employees informed through meetings and written communication Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with your team Responsible for ensuring the company’s system ...
