Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager / General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Odessa branch. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this role is responsible for leading warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, customer service, and branch profitability while driving operational excellence and business growth.
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines warehouse management, logistics coordination, sales support, financial oversight, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has experience managing industrial warehouse operations and understands the demands of serving customers in the energy infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial equipment sectors.
