. Handle the warehouseon stock fulfilment and inventory related issues. . Keeping track of all incoming and out-going stocks. . Handle and resolve all customers' issues independently and promptly. . Manage customers' expectations and ensure customers' KPI targets are achieved. .. Track and ensure timelines on orders are met. . Able to carry heavy loads, when required. . Work closely with warehouse logistics team as a team player. . Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager.
