Warehouse operations supervisor

About the role

This is a junior management position based on the warehouse floor. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager and assist in running the day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a hands‑on supervisory role. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring jobs are prepared correctly, and that all stock is accurately checked, loaded, and returned. While you will not be required to do all physical loading yourself, you must actively manage and supervise the team on the floor.

Weekend work and overtime form part of the role.
