Warehouse & operations team leader

Qualification Matric Requirements 2 - 3 Years experience working in a technical environment and managing warehouse / stores operations and leading a team including Drivers, Stores, Assemblers and Painter Knowledge of inventory control, dispatch procedures, and warehouse operations. Experience as Health and Safety Representative Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (SAP will be advantageous). Duties Lead and develop employees through daily operational meetings, coaching, and training. Plan, schedule, and delegate workloads effectively.
