We’re looking for motivated, reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team at our Melton distribution site (near North Ferriby) as Warehouse Pickers . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working as part of a high‑performing team that keeps our stores stocked all year round.
Salary & Benefits
- £12.71 per hour
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to £150 per week based on pick performance
- Attendance Bonus: Earn up to £150 per month
- Overtime: Paid at time and a half
- Potential annual earnings up to £34,986
