Warehouse Performance Leader

Schneider Electric has an opportunity to join our Fairfield, Ohio team. As Warehouse Performance Leader, you will lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse operations with a focus on 3PL performance, material flow, Kanban execution, WIP management, receiving accuracy, and S4 HANA MRP discipline.
This role is responsible for improving warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, material availability, and operational flow to support manufacturing performance. You will work cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and external 3PL partners to ensure materials are received, stored, replenished, and delivered to point-of-use with the right process controls, visibility, and urgency.
This position will play a key role in strengthening warehouse processes, reducing material shortages, improving MPH execution, optimizing waterspider routes, and driving continuous improvement across receiving, internal logistics, supermarket management, WIP ...
