Lead a fast‑paced warehouse operation supporting M&S

We’re looking for a Warehouse Section Leader to join our night shift operation in Faversham and play a key role in leading warehouse colleagues within a busy, fast‑moving distribution environment.

Supporting the M&S supply chain, you’ll help drive operational performance, maintain high safety standards, and create a positive team culture where colleagues can perform at their best.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys coaching teams, improving performance, and working within a fast‑paced logistics operation.

Shift & Salary Details

• £35,685 per year
• Plus £4,500 night shift premium
• 38 hours per week
• Any 4 days from 7
• Shift times between 18:00–04:00 and 20:00–06:00
