An Exciting new position has arisen to work within NWSSP Supply Chain Logistics & Transport as a Shift Manager at Bridgend Central Stores.

The Job Overview would be to manage the shifts within the Stores function through monitoring and overseeing the Receipting, Picking, Packing, and Staging functions within Bridgend Stores whilst also supporting Management in the development & modernisation of the Stores functions through improvements to the Warehouse's layout plus other ongoing project work as required. The post holder would also be expected to deal with queries and stock issues, promote positive Health & Safety culture, ensure a high quality of service is provided, and supervise staff over both shifts as and when required.
