Essential Functions:

+ Responsible for processing shipments in Sturges ERP System according to customer specifications and company requirements.

+ Prepares Customer specific labels in barcode software

+ Prepares product Certificates of Conformance in computer

+ Processes shipments in UPS, FedEx computer systems and other Customer specific online portals

+ Identify and resolve discrepancies with customer shipments to prevent potential customer complaints.

+ Coordinates scheduled pick-ups with freight companies.

+ Requests required shipment details with customers and/or logistic companies for export orders.

+ Coordinates daily shipments with Production Supervisors and requests additional resources when needed
