Opportunity Description
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; organize and store stock efficiently within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label items for dispatch based on order invoices and shipping requests.
- Prepare packages (Shopee and Lazada) for courier pickup, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with shipping standards.
- Will be handling the final checking of item(s) given to customer or couriers.
- Report stock discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or operational delays to the VP of Operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; adhere strictly to company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Familiarity with basic digital tools (MS WORD, MS EXCEL, GSHEET, GFORMS).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, time management, and the ability to work well within a team.
