Warehouse Supervisor

Our client is a well‑established and fast‑evolving distribution business operating within the cold storage sector. Following continued investment into systems, structure and people, they are now seeking a Mid-Shift Supervisor to take responsibility for a key operational area within the warehouse.

This is a hands‑on supervisory role where you will lead from the front, ensuring operational performance, safety and quality standards are consistently achieved across the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising the day‑to‑day activities of the Cold Store operation
• Scheduling and allocating workloads to Operatives in line with business priorities
• Ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly checks are completed, including HACCP‑related documentation
• Completing return‑to‑work documentation and maintaining cleaning records
• Managing day‑to‑day staffing requirements including annual leave, sickness and holiday cover
