**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. _This is a hands-on, working supervisor role_ : you will both supervise and actively participate in operations, including operating a forklift, running machines, and training warehouse team members as needed.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong supervisory skills, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
