Warehouse supervisor - malmesbury

Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and stock control. Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and FIFO stock rotation. Supervise loading, unloading, and distribution activities to meet customer delivery requirements. Lead and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and productivity standards. Maintain warehouse housekeeping, equipment, and storage standards. Ensure compliance with SHEQ, food safety, and company procedures. Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Diploma in Warehousing or Logistics (advantageous) Cold storage experience (advantageous) Minimum 3 years warehouse experience within a food/FMCG environment.
