Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure customer expectations and performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with Shopfloor Supervisors and Buyers regarding delivery orders and returns.
- Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve warehouse operation issues.
- Generate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
- Organize and schedule daily deliveries to the shopfloor.
- Train employees on outbound processes in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment in line with 5S principles.
- Perform additional warehousing duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
