Warehouse Supervisor

Job Desription Supervise& lead a Section within the Department to achieve organisational goals infulfilling customer's satisfaction level. Assume responsibility as leaders for improvement projects. Liaise with customer for resolving operational issues. Provide guidance to junior staff(s)/new hires familiarisationin achieving warehouse operations target. Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming andoutgoing activities. Planning of manpower, with cost implications in mind, to meetcustomer's order demand. Cultivate and promote physical and mental well-being in theworkplace. Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safetyinformation to the Team.
