Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for actively leading and supporting all warehouse operations across packaging, dock, and freezer areas, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping activities. This role requires a hands-on presence on the floor, working closely with team members throughout three shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of daily operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will provide continuous guidance, coaching, and operational support to Warehouse Specialists while assisting the Manager in directing personnel, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.

In addition to warehouse leadership, the Warehouse Supervisor will play an active role in supporting the Supply team by assisting with ERP system activities and inventory and provide coverage during PTO, emergencies, and operational gaps across all shifts.
