Opportunity Description
- Monitor all feeding platforms assigned per rack and discipline all pickers to ensure tidiness maintained to help reduce SDR. Ensure all aisles and racks are free of garbage(waste) or left items on the floor. Pickers are not allowed to transfer in other locations.
- Ensure empty steel crates are immediately placed back in each level by forklift operators and call attention asap if not followed. All steel crate checklist are filled up accordingly with the correct data and submitted timely to packing team leaders.
- Ensure all backliner9. TLs to ensure tidiness and saving electricity is being complied to by the team. Non-compliance by the team should be raised immediately if they are not being followed by the pickers for proper sanction to be given to liable pickers. were properly turn-over by collector and validated.
