Warehouse Team Leader

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

Working Location: Northampton, United Kingdom

Main Tasks and responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily inbound (receiving, QC, put-away) and outbound (picking, packing, dispatch) operations for the warehouse, achieving ≥ 99.5 % inbound/outbound timeliness.

2. Lead, schedule and appraise 10–15 team members (receivers, FLT drivers, pickers, packers); foster a safe, high-performance, continuous-improvement culture.

3. Enforce and sustain 5S, HSE and IATF 16949 standards to achieve zero accidents and zero non-conformities.

4. Proficient in WMS / SAP EWM for real-time postings; assist inventory keeper to resolve variances and implement corrective adjustments.
