Warehouse Team Member Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Dixon, IL distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, quarterly bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more.
We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking order fillers, shippers, receivers, and high reach operators! You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:
+ Earn up to $25.01 /hr
+ Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.00-$23.00 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
+ Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.68 - $2.01 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
