WAREHOUSEMAN
Responsible for performing warehouse activities such as; processing of materials requisition, incoming materials receiving & issuance, items/materials inventory level control and the excess material returned to warehouse..
1.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2.1 Assist, check and prepare documents for receiving incoming items/materials.Conduct inspection of the newly arrived items/materials and prepare a report copy to QA.
2.2 Checks the material issue note if properly filled-up and authorized by approving authority prior to issuance of materials.
2.3 Cleaning of the work area, properly arrange the materials and maintain best housekeeping practice in the warehouse at all times.
2.4 Coordinate with requisitioning department on the availability of items for timely delivery of materials.
2.1 Ensures update and maintenance of warehouse records.
