The Opportunity
Accountable/responsible for ensuring the consistent application and administration of the company’s warranty programs. Updates warranty information as required and provides accurate records and documentation as applicable.
The Role
Review and process warranty claims, including assessment of non-warranty part and/or labor for both warrantable and partially warrantable repairs.Maintains communication with supplier representatives and support centers to determine warrantable repairs.Maintains warranty parts records and ensures supplier procedures for retaining used parts is followed; processing warranty returns to appropriate suppliers.Manage and track warranty claim reports to ensure delinquencies are being paid and handled effectively.Ensures accurate record keeping and accounting of warranty programs through review and monitoring of claims and submissions for the branch.
